To those interested who may not be aware:
As of Thursday, November 19, 2010, I will be resigning from my post at Arnold. I am resigning to pursue a great opportunity that has arisen for my family. This time is a bitter-sweet time for me as I have appreciated my opportunity at Arnold teaching 8th grade students. The opportunity that has presented itself is one that I cannot refuse for the welfare of my career, my family, and my progression as an individual in this life.
Prior to my leaving, I wanted to let all of the parents, students, teachers and administrators I have worked with know how grateful I am for this experience, and for their support and help in developing me as an individual as well as helping me to perform my functions as a teacher. I truly believe that it has been a team effort to help me be a successful teacher, and in turn help students succeed.
While I do not feel that it would be appropriate to give out my personal contact information on a forum like this, I will say that I do maintain accounts on multiple social networking sites including Facebook and Linked In. I would be more than happy to add those of you that I know as "friends" on that page after I have finished my last day of work. My name and picture is searchable if you are interested in adding me.
